Blues Documentary: Gettin' the Blues


Coming this year in the UK - a series of documentaries about the Blues in the UK, London and beyond.

The films will feature:
Ray Stubbs, Junco Partners, Chris Barber, Gypsy Dave Smith, Hokum Hotshots, Dave Peabody, Hotlicks Cookies, No Time for Jive, Doc Brown and the Groove Cats, Lyndon Anderson Band, Lee Bates and Billy Newton, Errol Linton's Blues Vibe, Ian Parker, Aynsley Lister, Steve "Big Man" Clayton, Tony McPhee, Bob Hall, Chris Farlowe, John Hammond, Fruteland Jackson, Son of Dave, Kent DuChaine, Catfish Keith, Big George Brock, Lightnin' Willie, Sam Kelly, Giles King, Zoot Money, Matt Schofield and more...

"Gettin the Blues" is an independent production envisioned as a trilogy of films about the history of the Blues with the first part featuring the blues scene in Newcastle in the North East of England.
